4. Premium Purchase & Refund Policy
Ricco offers a one-time lifetime purchase option for the Premium version of the Game ("Premium Purchase"). By completing a Premium Purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of the Premium version and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all Premium Purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
- Lifetime Access: Your Premium Purchase grants you lifetime access to Premium features for as long as the Game remains operational. "Lifetime" refers to the operational life of the Game, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
- Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to all Premium features. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that may otherwise apply.
- No Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for completed Premium Purchases. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing Premium features after purchase, please contact us for assistance. We will work to resolve technical issues but this does not entitle you to a refund.

- Your use or inability to use the Game
- Any real-world financial decisions you make based on concepts demonstrated in the Game, including but not limited to decisions about savings, investments, budgeting, or any other financial matters
- Any losses, damages, or negative outcomes from applying strategies or concepts from the Game to your real finances
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Game
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ricco and its creators from any claims, damages,
losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Game
or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material
changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Game after such
modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or
liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
